TOP TIPS: Defining Your Target Audience... If you're trying to market to everyone, you’ll end up resonating with no one. The secret to powerful marketing? Knowing exactly who you're talking to.

Here's how to do just that:
· Analyse Your Current Customer Base
Look at who already loves what you do. What do they buy, how did they find you, and what links them together? Often, your ideal audience is right in front of you. Start with the clients you enjoy working with most!

· Create Buyer Personas
You can’t market to “everyone.” Be specific. Build a clear picture of your ideal customer: name, age, profession, goals, pain points, behaviours. Knowing this guides your language, design, and strategy.

· Speak Their Language
Tailor your offer to exactly what your audience needs to hear. Use their words. Understand their challenges. Speak to their desires. Show them you get them—and that you’ve got the solution. 💬

✅ TIP: Know them better than they know themselves, and your message will always land right.

Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years industry experience in graphic design
- Skilled in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator (Bonus: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Meta Suite and/or Canva)
- Strong language skill
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- A portfolio of work

What You’ll Do:
- Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media
- Manage and grow social media accounts
- Write engaging copy and conceptual content ideas
